Senior engineer with over 10 years of experience in risk and reliability assessment of complex technological systems, including 6 years of safety analysis and risk management for chemical facilities used by the U.S. Army to destroy chemical weapons and nerve agent. I am experienced in modeling accident phenomena (both internal and external events), fault tree development, data analysis, human reliability assessment, consequence analysis and risk assembly. I also have 4 years of actual plant experience as a nuclear-trained electrical operator in the U.S. Navy.
