Awards

Received

Navy Achievement Medal for single-handedly troubleshooting and repairing a design flaw in a vital electronics subsystem pertaining to the nuclear reactor. This flaw had been eluding the entire Atlantic Submarine fleet and saved tens of thousands of dollars in parts and labor.

Navy Achievement Medal for planning and directing a complex repair of a nuclear system in a high-pressure situation, coincident with the unplanned loss of my immediate supervisor.

Navy Achievement Medal for filling the role of Reactor Control Chief during an intense Operational Reactor Safeguards Exam.
