..... when I got out in '92 I went to work for New England Power (NEP) at a Hydroelectric dam about 15 miles from my hometown. Just got lucky to be getting out when 3 guys retired! I worked there for about 3 years and then they were going to cut-back so I transferred to a gas turbine plant in Providence, RI. I worked in the control room there for 4 years until I got an opportunity to come back to Hydro. This time I'm an electrician at a dam about 50 miles south of where I bought my house when I worked at the first dam. I've been there a little over 3 years. I got divorced and then hooked up with another girl. Her dad did 33 years in the Nav. Yea 33 f---king years! And yes he is STUPID. She was also married before to an Engineman and they were stationed at NAS Alameda at one time. Anyway, she is about 30 weeks pregnant and I'm 40 years old and going to be a Dad. I don't keep in touch with many people, the one's that I do I have sent to your site. All except Finke, he doesn't have a computer and I don't believe that he will for awhile. And yes he still has that brown truck (Chocolate Thunder), although it is in pieces now. The company I work for now, they bought out NEP, is PG&E Corp's National Energy Group. I believe that we are in the process of building a gas turbine plant in AZ somewhere. I check your site from time to time and see who all has checked in. Hope to see a few more EE-30 guys.
